The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

The goods are in their original packaging and unused.

The following goods cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized items.

Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Goods that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
